The Pain Relief Diet is a clean diet that strips away many of the offending foods that cause confusing problems that are hard for medical doctors to understand. Cleaning out the body is of prime concern when one is trying to figure out something that seems to be wrong.

People with excessive weight, long term cough, aches and pains, tired days and days filled with fatigue and foggy brain sensations should focus on what we have to say here today. Tingling that comes on and goes away is often a sign that foods may be a problem. Foods should be the first place you go to figure your symptoms out.

Let me talk to you now as though we were having a conversation in your house. We want to talk about the food pain connection.

Food and pain are linked. What we do is show you that some common foods may be poisonous to your physiology. Just because the foods are common does not mean that they are safe for everyone. You may be one of the people they are not safe for. The science on health care is not complete today. We don't know for sure what your physiology reacts to. consequently, we have created a diet that is relatively clean. Just because a government and the media keep telling you to eat certain foods to be healthy it does NOT follow that these foods are necessarily good for YOU. You may have special needs. More and more science is finding that more and more people do have special needs. What if some common foods are actually quite bad for you causing all kinds of problems that are unrecognised now days by medical doctors? Problems like tiredness and extreme fatigue, insomnia and agitation, quick sharp pains that come and go, and a host of problems may be due to a sluggish blood flow caused by a food reacting in your blood and your body's immune response to that food.

If this is the case with you then we will need to get you a cleaner diet and blend some concepts on blood flow, exercise, rest and relaxation, and mental attitude. We will need to reduce the immune impact from food by lowering the total calories that you consume. We do this to improve immune response, not for weight loss, although those people needing weight loss will get a secondary benefit in the weight that they will loose on our diet. You will need help. What You Need to Do
You will need to commit to yourself for a minimum two week period. Weight loss may result in a four pound or so drop over that two weeks. If you are normal weight to start with, then we will teach you how to maintain your weight.

The concepts we teach are easy, but the practice of them is hard. We are here to help you through any problems you might encounter. People often rely on food, and certain lifestyle behaviours, as copping skills for stress. Sometimes people are not under stress, but just fall into a rut in life. There are solutions for everyone. As Dr. Ouellette has said many times, "Every problem has a solution, and every solution has a problem." We will help you sort things out.
