The Pain Relief Diet 

 

Dr. Victor Jean Ouellette created this diet in the 1980's and 1990's to help his patients with pain relief.

The Canadian Pain Relief Diet is a clean diet that strips away many of the offending foods that cause confusing problems that are hard for clinicians to understand. Cleaning out the body is of prime concern when one is figuring out something that seems to be wrong with body function, organ systems, autoimmune problems and other difficult problems.

When people get sick, have a pain syndrome, or have an injury of some kind, then they need a clean diet in order to help their body heal. This is especially so with their immune system. The Pain Relief Diet is such a clean diet.

The old-fashioned concept that all food is good in moderation has to go out the window when one is in pain, and should probably be abandoned when one has anything at all wrong with the body. Most all foods have not been proven safe. They have not been proven safe because.... well, because they are foods. Foods have just been accepted as safe because they have been used for so long. Even when a food has been proven dangerous to a specific genetic group of people, as is the case with several common foods, that food is still not abandoned. We believe this policy should be rethought.

People with excessive weight, long term cough, aches and pains, tired days, and days filled with fatigue and foggy brain sensations, should focus on what we have to say here today. Generalized tingling that comes on and goes away is often a sign that foods may be a problem. Foods should be the first place you go to figure symptoms out.

Let me talk to you now as though we were having a conversation in your house. We want to talk about the food pain connection.

Food and pain are linked. What we do is show you that some common foods may be poisonous to your physiology. Just because the foods are common does not mean that they are safe for everyone. You may be one of the people they are not safe for. Just because a bad symptom is not evident quickly like a more traditional poison, it does not mean the food is not causing damage. Many times food-hurt is more subtle.

The science on health care is not complete today. We don't know for sure what your physiology reacts to. Consequently, we have created a diet that is relatively clean. Just because the government, and the media, keep telling you to eat certain foods to be healthy it does NOT follow that these foods are necessarily good for YOU and your individual genetics. More and more science is finding that more and more people do have special needs. What if some common foods are actually quite bad for you causing all kinds of problems that are unrecognised now days by medical doctors?
