An Elimination Diet, Inclusion Diet Combination
Dr. Ouellette, the author of Dr. Ouellette's Pain Relief Diet Manual and Cheating on the Pain Relief Diet,
formulated The Pain Relief Diet in the mid 1990's. This diet has been used in Dr. Ouellette's clinic since that
time.
The Secret Diet for Pain Relief was published by Dr. Ouellette in February 2001. it is now out of print. Dr.
Ouellette's Pain Relief Diet Manual was published in May 2002 and the companion volume Cheating on the
Pain Relief Diet was published in August 2006.
The Pain Relief Diet is both an elimination diet and an inclusion diet. You must do both, eliminate certain
families of foods and include certain families of foods. Learning the secrets is the trick in the trade. Dr.
Ouellette has morethan three and a half decades of clinical experience with various types of pain syndromes
using nutrition as an adjunct to deal with pain.
For best results, the Pain Relief Diet is added to a program of exercise for pain relief and a program of spinal
corrections and postural correction for back, neck, headache, arm, or leg pain relief. The Pain Relief Lifestyle
does wonders for people in pain.
The Pain Relief Diet helps treat patients with various types of acute and chronic pain. It is predicted by Dr.
Ouellette that 'food and pain' will be linked by more and more scientific research in the near future. Learning the
secrets and tricks involved with the Pain Relief Diet takes a little time and some perseverance.
When people are in pain, professional help is often required to ensure that a serious medical or chiropractic
condition is not present. Self diagnosis and self treatment with the Pain Relief Diet is not wise for obvious
reasons.
If you feel that you need some help with implementing the Pain Relief Diet or you have not been very successful
with giving it a try, then send a Comment to Dr. Ouellette and Dr. Ouellette will respond with some
suggestions.
